You are responsible for all activities done using your account. This includes:
- Ensuring all uploaded content is legal and appropriate
- Not uploading harmful or copyrighted content without permission
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Verifying the identity of all document signers independently
3. Data Handling
All uploaded documents and signature logs are securely stored and publicly accessible via the generated link.
We do not modify your document without your consent. All changes are transparent and logged.
4. Pricing
We charge ₹100 per document upload. Key points:
- No subscriptions or hidden fees
- Pay per document basis
- All purchases are final unless otherwise stated
- Pricing subject to change with prior notice
5. Document Security & Access
Your documents are protected with:
- End-to-end encryption during transmission
- Secure encrypted storage on Cloudflare R2
- Unique access tokens for each document
- Permanent audit trails for all signatures
6. Liability
We are not liable for disputes or damages arising from documents shared or signed using LinkiDoc.
- Users must verify all signers independently
- LinkiDoc provides the platform, not legal advice
- Document authenticity is the user's responsibility
- We recommend consulting legal professionals for important contracts
7. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Temporary service outages
- Maintenance downtime
- Third-party service disruptions
8. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your uploaded documents. By using LinkiDoc:
- You grant us permission to store and serve your documents
- You confirm you have rights to all uploaded content
- You're responsible for any copyright violations
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Abuse our service or infrastructure
